Warner joined Civitas in June 2024 after graduating from the Virginia Military Institute with a B.A. in Economics and Business, concentrations in Decision Analytics and Financial Analysis, and a double minor in Computer Science and Cybersecurity. At VMI, Warner was chairman of the Cadet Investment Group, president of the Honor Court, and played NCAA DI Soccer.
